Items are ordered through our on-line checkout process. At the checkout process you can review your order and make any amendments necessary.
If you provide a valid e-mail address, order acknowledgments will be sent to you via e-mail which will detail the items ordered.
An order becomes binding when we despatch your goods to you.
2. Pricing
Prices shown are in GB Pounds Sterling.
Prices payable will be that displayed at the time of placing the order, regardless of subsequent changes.
Prices displayed exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Additional carriage charges may apply to certain regions.
3. Payment
Payment in full is due prior to the despatch of any order.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card, cheque, postal order or cash on collection from our shop.
Payments made by credit or debit card are processed through Moneybookers merchant account. Payment is not complete until fully authorised by Moneybookers.
Payment by cheque is not complete until fully cleared in our bank.
Payments made for goods not received due to goods not available or orders not accepted will be credited to either your credit card or by cheque.

6. Delivery
Although every effort is made to ensure that all products available for purchase on this web site are in stock, we cannot guarantee immediate availability.
We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order.
We will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred due to our failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
7. Cancellation and Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch of goods by e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone. A full refund of payment will be made if already processed.
We will incur all return carriage charges if the goods are faulty, received in an unsatisfactory condition, despatched in error, or mis-represented on our web site.
You must notify us of your intention to return the goods by e-mail with 7 days of receipt of goods, and goods must reach us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Once returns have been received and processed by us, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of your refund or exchange.
